• How late is too late? 
• When is it too late to change?
• Is it ever too late to change?
• When is it enough?

I was surprised by a colleague that told me today that it isn’t too late to go back to a previous career path.  I am not sure what surprised me more, the thought of going back or that he didn’t think it was too late.  I admit it has crossed my mind a couple of times over several years but then other projects have always came up that have captured my attention.

I realise that I am not going to make it as a sports star, an F1 driver or a Spy (even though my Sean Connery accent is getting better).  I do wonder about the other career choices that I have made in life, although I don’t regret any of them, but I do wonder all the same.  Yes, I do know it’s okay to think about it.
