		<description>I feel your pain.  I too have been drawn into late night encounters with the television and a breakdown of the 100 Best  Songs from the 90's.  Granted, the first time I watched such a show with with a friend, it was on in the background and provided a nostalgic moment or two to accompany our wine.  

However when you're watching the 3rd show of this nature (yes, Top 100 gems of the 90's, Top 100 Song of the 90's, and Top 100 Pop Icons of the 90's) one needs to ask "is it time for bed?".

Part of my new regime is to stop scanning the freeview in hope of something to watch and go to bed at a reasonable hour.  Oh, and leave the wine out of the equation for a week or two!

Good luck, and as with any break-up, be strong.  The chickens will forgive you :-)</description>
